Faith has provided strategic direction to branding and design for leading financial services companies over the past 25 years. She has a deep understanding of the needs of sales as well as the client in the institutional, retail and alternatives space.

At FinMark Faith leads a team of seasoned professional designers who have been part of her team for over a decade and have deep roots in financial design.

Prior to FinMark Partners Faith held the position of Head of Brand at Allianz Global Investors where she provided direction for the design, advertising, and sponsorship teams. Prior to Allianz, she was the Creative Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she managed the design, web and print teams.

Faith received a B.A. in Economics & Art from Union College and studied Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design.

Brand and Content Development

Sarah Chodera is a marketing leader in financial services, nonprofits, and the arts.

From 2019 - 2026, Sarah was Chief Marketing Officer at Mesirow Financial, leading brand, marketing technology, communications, media relations, thought leadership, and product marketing.

Previously, Sarah was Senior Managing Director and Head of Marketing, Advertising & Brand at Nuveen, where she served on the Advisory Services Product Committee. Earlier, she spent 14 years leading Retail and Institutional Marketing at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Sarah has advised Science and Arts Academy, Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio, and Lookingglass Theatre. Crain's named her a Notable Woman Executive Over 50 in 2020. Sarah earned a B.A. from Carleton College and an M.F.A. from the University of Chicago, with FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Strategic Marketing & Content Development

Martha has been leading marketing teams in financial services for over 25 years, most recently as Senior Vice President, Director of Corporate Brand and Marketing Communications at Cohen & Steers where she was focused on the development of communications for the intermediary and institutional businesses as well as brand awareness strategy including public relations engagement.

Prior to joining Cohen & Steers, she was Executive Vice President, Director of Marketing Services at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, responsible for the development of communications for the retail and institutional businesses. She also served as Head of Marketing Communications at OppenheimerFunds.

Martha received a BFA from SUNY Purchase with a strong focus on integrating art principles into design solutions.
